We have the absolute pleasure of having two librarians from our local libraries – one from Mangere East (Liz) and the other (Leilani) from Toia also known as the Otahuhu Library. They grace us with their presence every second Wednesday using our library space to engage and encourage our students to use the local libraries.
They are super friendly and are keen to help our students in any way. In the short time they have (during break 2) the facilitators power through some really cool interactive games such as bingo by beats and fill in the grid. Our first group completed a fast questionnaire – the first one to finish and have all the correct answers wins $20. Our winner this week was Lagilelei Greenland.
