Moving to Level 3

Following the Governments announcement, the Government is asking all students that can remain at home do so, and we will update you tomorrow on distribution of laptops and learning packs.
Otahuhu College will begin online learning from Tuesday. Expectations for students regarding online learning will be emailed out on Monday morning as well as posted on the website and facebook.
Our Prefects and Scholars Assembly have been postponed.
We appreciate that there will be some families that will need to have their children at school. Therefore Otahuhu College will be open for supervision of students in Year 9 and Year 10 from 9:00am. Students will be supervised by staff . There will be no face to face teaching during Level 3 as all our staff will begin on Tuesday with their online classes. Students will be based in a classroom and will break for interval and lunch. The canteen will not be open and physical distancing and hygiene measures will be met.
If you are needing to send your child to school into school then I ask that you please contact Mrs Va’aelua or Mrs Stretton by 8am on Monday. This will enable us to ensure we have the correct ratio of staff onsite.
