WESTPAC Business Breakfast

On Tuesday 15 October, a group of students nominated by the HOD Commerce, and keen on a career in business, caught an early train and attended the Westpac Business Breakfast for selected secondary school students. The students are pictured being spoken to by the Westpac CEO, David McLean.

The attendees were: Allanis Isamaela, Selai Moala, Viliami Pahulu, Siutiti Pasa, Nickawana Perese, Jaydene Reupana, Ritihia Seumanu-Gooding and Lavelua-Pelosa Tatafu, accompanied by Ms Cusack Careers Co-ordinator, and Mr George Finau, Year 13 Dean/Education Navigator.

The guest speaker, Lisa King, is the founder of ‘Eat My Lunch’ where the purchase of a lunch enables a school student at participating schools, to receive a free lunch. The boxed breakfast (pictured) was a new addition to their range, where organisations can pre-order a boxed breakfast for their meeting attendees, and a school will subsequently receive equivalent free lunches.
