Greetings once again to parents and carers of students in Year 11 and I trust that you are all in good health and safely wrapped up in your bubbles. I’d like to extend a big ‘thank you’ to all the families who have been in touch with me over the last couple of weeks; it’s been a trying time for many in the community and I appreciate your honesty and patience with regards to supporting our students.
I’d also like to echo Mr Watson’s comments about getting in touch should you still need help; in particular where your son or daughter has been unable to access online learning. However, if a student has difficulty with a particular subject, they should contact their teacher either by email or through Microsoft Teams.
It is crucial to every student’s chances that they continue to work on their courses of study. I will be in touch with families of students who have not contacted their teachers or attempted any of the work provided. If you should need to get in touch with me, the best way is to email me here: amartin@otahuhucollege.school.nz
